1. All china, flatware and glassware. No other caterer can offer the patterns we offer as a standard package. White porcelain plates ( made in Spain, not China…), real stainless steel 18/10 flatware and very elegant glassware patterns.

2. All buffet tables dressed in real spendex linens. No caterer can offer that as a standard package.

3. All custom bars, customizable. Corporate clients can have their logo incorporated at no additional charge. No caterer can offer this either.

4. All high end chafing dishes for buffet displays. No caterer ( in south fl) has $1k+ chafing dishes. These are the the top of the line chafing dishes.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Maybe this should have been at # 1. Our cell phones are on 24/7, 7 days a week. We return completed in detail quotes within 24 hours, most of the time the same day

This week we are of to Key Largo for a 120 person wedding.

Really pretty hotel, look forward to it.

Key Largo caterers are very limited: either go with a hotel or bring your own caterer in.
