We now proudly represent a Beach venue, capacity up to 120 guests. One of the few beach properties is now available for private events. Facility rental is $2,000.00 plus a $400.00 room rental ( mandatory 5 studios need to be rented for 1 night). This will come in handy if you have out of town guests.

These studios are fairly large, I have seen them.

Catering packages for this venue start at around $59.00 per person. Full bar, Elegant passed appetizers as seen HERE, a dinner buffet and a Wedding Cake, all staffing, high end China, Flatware and Glassware, Tables and Chairs and YOUR CHOICE OF LINENS.
